Hettich products featured prominently among the exhibits, integrated into the furniture of several exhibitors. Discover valuable insights, captivating highlights, and the latest trends and innovations from the fair as we approach 2024.
Throughout the exhibition, the innovative and award-winning FurnSpin by Hettich was prominently featured in several displays, showcasing its unique translatory rotational movement that transforms closed furniture fronts into open shelves. Particularly, FurnSpin was skilfully incorporated into the kitchen design by SieMatic, a prominent influencer in the field of kitchen design. In addition, Eggersmann Kuchen, known for their innovative luxury tailor-made kitchens, showcased FurnSpin in elegant glass displays and cabinetry, complemented by a contemporary, almost futuristic grey kitchen featuring AvanTech YOU drawer systems.
Lastly, Burnout Kitchen, renowned for their expertise in alfresco settings, showcased the Veosys hinge and InnoTech Atira drawer system in their outdoor kitchen display which highlights the products’ long-lasting presence in these environments with resistance against strong temperatures and corrosion.
The Allure of the Natural Aesthetic in Design
A resurgence of the “natural” aesthetic has taken the forefront in kitchen design. The scene is marked by a prevalence of fluted surfaces, both original and replicated, herringbone patterns, and a colour palette consisting of white, grey, and green. Wood elements with a natural appearance are prevalent among the numerous cabinetry options available.
Combining unicoloured surfaces with wood accents completes the harmonious and sophisticated modernised natural look, enhancing the overall elegance of the kitchen.
Embracing White in Kitchen Design
Amidst the ever-evolving trends, white continues to assert its timeless and dominant presence in the realm of kitchen design, maintaining an enduring allure and elegance across diverse interior styles and preferences.
Dark Tone Handles and Handleless Drawers in Contemporary Interiors
In contemporary design trends, the focus for drawers has notably shifted towards two distinct styles: dark-toned handles or a handle-less aesthetic, each offering a unique statement. Dark handles have become a popular choice, exuding a sense of modern sophistication and creating a striking visual contrast against cabinetry. Alternatively, the handle-less design, with its sleek and minimalist appeal, has gained traction, reflecting a clean and seamless look in kitchen interiors.
Stone and Marble
The enduring popularity of stone and marble aesthetics persists in kitchen design, extending beyond tabletops to include a newly emerging trend: their incorporation into shelving displays.
