Hettich Australia’s Holiday Trading 2024 – 25

Thank you for your continued support and partnership throughout 2024. Sending you the warmest greetings and best wishes for the new year. We’re looking forward to working together again in 2025!

Hettich Australia will close over the Christmas holiday period from Friday 20th December 2024, returning to the office and with deliveries to customers resuming Thursday 2nd January 2025, while our distribution centre in Perth, Western Australia, will reopen on Monday 6th January 2025.

  • National Customer Service Centre: Will close at midday (AEDT) on Friday 20th December 2024 and will reopen on 2nd January 2025.
  • Last orders: To ensure all last orders are dispatched before our closure, orders will need to be placed by Friday 13th December 2024. Deliveries will resume on 2nd January 2025.
  • Online Orders: You can continue to place product orders online between 21st December 2024 and 1st January 2025. To receive deliveries on the 2nd January 2025, orders must be in BEFORE Christmas closure.
  • Showrooms: Showrooms will close on Friday 20th December 2024 and reopen from Monday 13th January 2025.
  • Stocktake: Our annual scheduled stocktake will be conducted at the listed distribution centres on the specified dates. During this time, we will not be dispatching any goods. We kindly ask you to factor this into your planning and adjust your orders accordingly.
