- Dedicated study spaces on both levels
- First-floor leisure room and ground-floor theatre, wine room, and expansive living area
- Walk-in-robes in all bedrooms and ample built-in storage
- Fully furnished and professionally landscaped – move-in ready
More than 100 trades and suppliers have generously contributed to this year’s build, donating their skills, resources and materials to make the home a reality.
Community at the core
For 33 years, Henley Homes has led this initiative, raising more than $20.3 million for The Royal Children’s Hospital through the Good Friday Appeal Home Auction. Villawood Properties has proudly supported the initiative for 16 years, donating land to bring these homes to life.
Tindi Sorbera, General Manager, Marketing, Henley, says, “The Good Friday Appeal home is a true labour of love. So many of our trades and suppliers have a connection with the Royal Children’s Hospital and it’s humbling to see so many come together, year after year, to support such a worthy cause. They know every nail, every brushstroke, every hour worked contributes to life-saving care at The Royal Children’s Hospital.”
Rory Costelloe, Executive Director, Villawood Properties, adds: “Everyone knows someone who has needed The Royal Children’s Hospital. That’s why this project is so close to our hearts. It’s about coming together to give back and make a real difference.”
“Each year, a small army of trades and suppliers pours their time, skill, and passion into building a home that not only changes the life of the buyer but also supports life-changing medical care for kids in need. We’re hoping for another record-breaking auction result in 2025.”
